QLD – Construction Skills Queensland
Transformed has secured a limited number of places under Construction Skills Queensland’s subsidised funding arrangements for eligible workers in the Queensland Building and Construction industry to gain a nationally recognised qualification in line with industry standards.
Transformed has funding available for:
- CPC60220 – Advanced Diploma of Building & Construction (Management)
- Queensland Builder – Low Rise Site Supervisor
- Queensland Open Site Supervisor Course (Distance Learning only)
Delivery
Training and assessment is offered via distance learning or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
Please NB that CSQ will allow you to complete up to 50% of the course via RPL only. The remaining 50% will need to be Distance learnt.
We also offer a Fast track face-to-face RPL assessment: whilst the assessment comes with a premium cost, the benefits to the student and employer outweigh the price. This is a very effective, time efficient assessment approach which gives the candidates immediate access to the assessor, ability to source evidence directly from the workplace and fill gaps and prompts effective time management due to completion within a quick time frame

Construction Skills Queensland’s participant eligibility conditions are;
- Complete the Online Self- Assessment https://www.transformed.com.
au/rpl/ - Complete and email back the Signed Disclosure (attached)
- Copy of either your Medicare/Passport – (Proof of Residency)
- Copy of your QLD’s Driver’s License (Back & front)
- Proof of QLD construction employment – (see guide)

QLeave Building and Construction Member Statement (current statement showing credits within last 4 years) OR
Relevant current Licence (as per listing) * OR
Employer letter (on letter head, dated and signed by the employer) confirming employment, role and duties in the Building and Construction industry OR
Statutory Declaration providing details of employment including role and duties within the Building and Construction Industry.

QLeave Building and Construction Member Statement (current statement showing credits within last 4 years) OR
Relevant current Licence (as per listing) * OR
ABN/ACN registration showing ownership and
Invoices for recent work in the industry. OR
Statutory Declaration providing details of employment including role and duties within the Building and Construction Industry.

- (1) Skill Set or a Higher Qualification (Building or Civil) at a time during the Program Delivery Period.
- (ii) Must NOT be undertaking the Skill Set as part of an Apprenticeship or Traineeship.
- (iii) Participant MUST NOT be undertaking a Skills Assessment and Gap Training Qualification at the same time in the same Program Delivery Period.
- (iv) must not RPL more than 50% of the Skill Set through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process and/or credit transfer.
The student fee for the CPC60220 Advanced Diploma in Building and Construction (Management) is$1000.00
Or
The student fee for the Queensland Builders Low Rise Licence, (10 units out of the CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building))
Student fee is $250.00
