Project Management

Building and Construction

Licensing regulations have been tightened up in Queensland and other states are set to follow suit. In response to thisTransformed has developed tailored training solutions offering flexible course delivery to suit your organisations needs and ‘Build your capability’.

Our team members are experts in their field with real world experience. We enjoy excellent partnerships with a number of key building and training boards within Australia including; BSA, HIA, Departments of Education & Training and Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM).

Transformed has recognised the need to provide a fast track licencing process for experienced workers. This saves cost, study time and down time in a business. For existing workers with a track record of experience who wish to upgrade or are required to for licensing purposes Transformed can offer RPL (recognition of prior learning and RCC (recognition of current competency).

Procurement and Contract Management

Good practice in procurement and contract management is a vital part of any organisation. Transformed have therefore developed tailored courses designed for those working with, or in, a government environment, in senior administration or leadership roles.

For individuals and organisations not requiring a formal qualification we have developed two one day courses; Introduction to Procurement and Introduction to Contract Management.
