Transformed has a strong focus on empowering individuals to develop their Project Management, Building and Construction or Procurement and Contract Management. We guide organisations to develop the capability to manage projects and programs efficiently and effectively.
For Project Management we have worked with Federal and State Government clients to develop best practice project management methodologies to ensure their agencies' projects spend taxpayer funds wisely.

For Building and Construction we have an expert team of trainers and assessors with real world experience in their fields. We enjoy excellent partnerships with a number of key building and training boards within Australiaincluding; BSA, HIA, Departments of Education & Training and Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM).
We are able to assess participants on a practical level to ensure that they have the skills necessary to manage construction sites.
Transformed have gained experience of Government mechanics and have security clearance. They are able to delivery tailored procurement and contract management courses designed specifically for this sector.
Additionally they offer short courses for those wishing to improve vital procurement and contracting management skills essential to any organisation.
