Additionally coaching, consultancy and recruitment services in the Project Management field. Working with key bodies and organisations to help improve standards nationally and internationally we strive to build capability for organsations and individuals.
The news for better project managers
In this environment of critical skills shortage, people with high level Project Management qualifications and experience are highly sought after. Particularly with the global economic climate, organisations can no longer take on projects and have them fail, as over 50% of projects regularly do. We can all identify projects that have not delivered the required outcome or just didn't even get to the finish line.
As Industry shifts towards project management as a way in which deliver strategic outcomes, the expectation of individual project managers is also growing. It is no longer satisfactory to know the basics. Tertiary education, a track record of experience and truly competent individuals with highly developed interpersonal skills are the new breed.

* Providing advice to organisations and tertiary institutions in the development of learning programs
* Working with Industry Skills Councils to continuously improve competency and skills assessment techniques and processes.
Transformed's long term vision is to develop a project management traineeship scheme. That can create project managers who can tackle the large and complex projects. We want to create project managers who are grand prix winners, not just those that have a licence to drive.
Solutions for unlicensed construction workers
Transformed has developed tailored training solutions to respond to the requirements of the building and construction industry. Our team members are experts in their field with real world experience. We enjoy excellent partnerships with a number of key building and training boards within Australian including; BSA, HIA, Departments of Education & Training and Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM). We offer flexible course delivery to suit your organisations needs and ‘Build your capability’.
There are many opportunities in the building and construction industry given the current skills shortage. Holding an appropriate building licence can add kudos and in many cases is a legal requirement. Additionally it helps maintain the high standards we see in the Australian construction industry.
Transformed has recognised the need to provide a fast track licencing process for experienced workers. This saves cost, study time and down time in a business for existing workers with a track record of experience who wish to upgrade or are required to for licensing purposes Transformed can offer RPL (recognition of prior learning and RCC (recognition of current competency).
