Coaching

The role of your coach

Your coach will:

    • Observe and discuss how you handle various project management scenarios and manage and communicate with staff.
    • Coach for improvement through tools, frameworks, attitudes, techniques... whatever you need to improve your project management skills
    • Review performance against the agreed measures and discuss challenges you faced in the previous period, learnings to be gained from them and further strategies for improvements
    • Support you and make you feel comfortable, build your confidence and help you instinctively apply a range of project management skills
